Why We Created the Reinvent Yourself Program

We both transitioned out of our long standing careers and then cast about trying to decide what we would do for the rest of our lives.

As Baby Boomers ourselves, we started pondering the issues that faced us in our transitions and we started to look for programs that would assist us in planning our future and found none.

As business professionals with over 50 years experience in helping others plan their organizational and personal future, we decided to develop programs that would fill this void.

The process of developing our Re-Invent Yourself product started with an enormous amount of research on the Baby Boomer phenomena. This led us to research other generations and how they view work career transition. We have been gratified by the positive response by our clients of all ages who have found our services to be of great benefit both personally and professionally.
